The Ballerinas

As someone who has been taking ballet classes for my whole life, when I stumbled upon this collection of work I couldn’t have been more thrilled.

Created by photographer Dane Shitagi, the ballerina project is an ongoing project with the aim of exploring not only the visual beauty of ballet, but also an attempt at capturing the passion and heart of the dancers behind the Photographs.

These images never fail to make me smile, stunningly beautiful not only because of the dancers themselves, but the natural compositions and dusky monotone colours.

So, here’s to the ballerinas, making the world a more sparkly place everyday~
